Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing FoldFlyer. Every order is packed with care and shipped with tracking.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders. Please enter a full street address and a phone number the carrier can reach.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

After shipping, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering.

During November and December, carrier volumes are higher. If you are buying a gift for a specific date, please order early. Any recommended holiday order date shown on our website is a guide based on carrier estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to start updating after the label is created. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please email us.

Delays

Occasionally delivery takes longer than estimated because of customs checks, weather, carrier delays or peak holiday seasons. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will either reship it or refund you in full.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email us within 7 days and we will help you open a claim with the carrier. Parcels that arrive damaged are covered by our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update it if the order has not shipped yet.
