In these Terms, "FoldFlyer", "we", "us" and "our" mean Gomeads Limited. "You" means anyone who visits the website or places an order.

1. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or try to interfere with its security or operation.

2. Products and prices

We try to show product photos, videos, descriptions and prices accurately. Flight time, range and performance depend on the paper used, the way the plane is folded, the battery charge and the weather, so your results may differ from what is shown. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the shipping address cannot be served; if we cancel, you receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds are explained in our Shipping Policy and 30-Day Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

5. Safe use

  • FoldFlyer kits are recommended for ages 14 and up. Younger pilots should only fly with an adult.
  • Fly outdoors in open spaces on calm days. Keep away from people, animals, roads, power lines, airports and trees. Follow local rules for flying model aircraft.
  • Keep fingers, hair and loose clothing away from spinning propellers. Switch the module off before handling.
  • Charge the battery only with the included cable, under adult supervision, away from flammable materials. Do not charge a battery that is swollen, damaged or hot. Do not leave a charging battery unattended.
  • The kit contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3.

6. Intellectual property

The FoldFlyer name, logo, text, photos and videos on this website belong to Gomeads Limited or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on our website and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to our products.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products, including damage caused by flying the product in a way the manual or these Terms warn against. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
